Ø First you can download HOTSPOT SHIELD.
Ø Second you can Download R4huldud3.exe ( Must Run As Administration )
How generate more Skype credit follow this step.
1) First open R4huldud3.exe. And enter first is computer name and second is workgroup. And click on set button.
2) Run HOTSPOT SHIELD and connect.
3) Open this link http://skype.hotspotshield.com/index.php?lng=en and you show thw code.
4) https://secure.skype.com/account/voucher/redeem put that code on this link.
5) After receving credit. Disconnect HOTSPOT SHIELD.
6) now keep repeating 1 to 5 step.
Note: enter two values again in R4huldud3.exe , different than the previous values. Remember that fill only alphabets , no special characters.
